We will gladly refund the *purchase price of any product(s) minus actual shipping costs (and possibly up to a 15% re-stocking fee) on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering. No questions asked!
If a percentage discount was applied to your order then that will be reflected in the purchase price of your product(s).

What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves, if possible. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service and us A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials or product until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
