Shipping Information

How much is shipping?
Orders from $500 (order minimum) to $1000 are a flat rate of $39.54 for ground shipping. All orders over $1000 receive FREE ground shipping. Please note that your order may consist of more than one shipment, shipping from multiple warehouses and may or may not arrive on different days.

What is the minimum order?
We offer a low order minimum of $500. Please contact us regarding how samples of up to $30 can be arranged. Please call 1-877-97-JERKY (53759).

Which carrier do we use for shipping?
While we reserve the right to ship via any carrier, our primary carrier is UPS, please keep this in mind when providing us with a shipping address during checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my products? typically ships all orders within 48 hours of it being placed unless special requirements are needed or inventory levels require additional lead time. Note that shipping is done Monday through Friday and not on the weekends.

*Please add additional days for holidays as the shipping warehouse(s) might be closed and/or items might temporarily be out of stock. Once shipped, please allow at least 5 - 8 business days for standard ground shipping.

Does offer expedited shipping for faster delivery?
We would be happy to get you the jerky you want as fast as humanly possible. We have several options for speeding up your order delivery. Call us at 1-877-97-JERKY (53759) for expedited shipping quotes. Expedited shipping does not come with guaranteed delivery dates as we're at the mercy of the shipping carrier. 

What are my options when my tracking number says delivered, yet I never received? only ships to the address you provide during checkout or over the phone, if for any reason an error was made by the customer at this time, the customer would be responsible for shipping charges associated with re-shipping that package (this applies to packages that originally qualified for free shipping as well). If your order was shipped to the correct address and your tracking number indicates that it was delivered, then can only assume that it was. Please contact us if your package appears to be misdelivered or is missing.

Do you have a substitution policy?
Yes, we reserve the right to revise the contents of our 'starter package skus' at any time for any reason. These skus may or may not contain products that are either discontinued, re-named or highly seasonal. In the event of this occurence, reserves the right to make a substitution of equal or greater value at our discretion or backorder any out of stock item until available.
